A: 3Daholic was established in March 2014. We are eager to discover and promote the applications of 3D printing. Through our interactive internet platform, everyone can easily become their own product designer. We wish to bring our customers a different purchasing experience through our creative concepts.

A: 3D Printing is a new and innovative technology. Through the additive process in which successive layers of material are laid down under computer control.

Q: Do you charge and shipping fee for delivery within Hong Kong?
A: Yes. We charge $15 shipping fee for orders below $500 and free of charge for orders above $500.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: As most of our products are made to order and different products undergo different production process, the delivery time will be within 5 business days for Custom Cube and 15 business days for Custom Jewel. For more information, please refer to Shipping Policy Page.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
A: We process accepted orders very promptly and are unable to change or cancel an order once you have received an order confirmation. Before placing your order, please make sure that you have included everything you need as it's very difficult for us to make any changes (including altering the delivery address) once the order has been received by our system.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We hope that you are fully satisfied with our products. However, as we 3D-print your designs to order, we are different from most of the online stores and we do not accept returns excepts in certain cases, such as production errors and incorrect measurements. Q: Do you have any shops?
A: We have our factory for manufacturing and production. We are also working hard to design more products and make our online store better. We are looking forward to open up a shop in the future!
