  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 3Daholic orders can be delivered to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom/Ireland and over 100 other countries.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

--- Production Timeframe

It is important to remember that here at 3Daholic,
for tailor made product, we do not keep stock ready to ship in a warehouse. Each item we 3D- print it, created especially for you and the process starts at the time the order is placed. Y our order is queued awaiting to be made by our production team.

Orders aboveHKD500 after all discounts and vouchers have been applied automatically enjoy free shipping. This offer is only available for shipping service from, Hong Kong Post Office except UPS, Fedex and EMS. Otherwise you will be charged for a fixed shipping fee as mentioned above.

  • Who will deliver my order?

We rely on a network of distribution expertise of local postal services including HKPO to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Delivery will be attempted at the address provided. Delivery may be re-attempted on another day or you will be notified to collect from a local delivery office.

  • Will I have the shipping information after purchase?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement email at once. A shipment notification email will also be sent when your product is shipped.

We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item is shipped from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes your order number, shipping address and shipping method.

  • What is your shipping policy?

3Daholic strives to keep it's shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Therefore, if we have shipped your order and confirmed delivery to the address you have provided and you cannot locate the package, it is not our responsibility. However we will ship your order with signature confirmation at no charge and we provide professional international delivery service provider such as UPS, Fedex and EMS for your options to insure your package against lost or stolen.

For international shipping, please understand that USPS or any other carrier is a third party service. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or mistakes made by these carriers. 3Daholic cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience and/or loss of business profits because of delivery delays.

Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. They vary greatly from country to country and we strongly suggest checking your country's customs policy before placing your order with us. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

If any package is refused or undeliverable, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you provide us with the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us marked "Refused/Unclaimed" we will need to send you an invoice to cover the re-shipment costs. Once we receive payment and your revised address we will promptly re-ship your order.
